Does requesting an art proof cost money?
No. Our artists will be happy to mock up a design for you free of charge!
How long does it take to receive an art proof once I’ve sent in my request?
Typically, you should expect to have an art proof within 1-2 business days of submitting your request. Do keep in mind that we are closed on the weekends, though, so those days are not be factored in to this time frame.
What is the minimum order size?
24 shirts is the minimum order size required.
Can I get a specific shirt that I don’t see on the site?
If you’re looking for a specific shirt that you don’t see on our website, please feel free to contact us about it! We are able to order almost any shirt style that you may think of. However, there are certain materials that are not suitable for printing.
Can I order multiple shirt colors?
Yes. As long as your design remains the same on each shirt color, you are more than welcome to order more than one color.
Can I order multiple shirt styles?
Yes. You can mix and match shirt styles for the same order (for example, long sleeves, short sleeves, and tank tops all with the same design).
How are your prices calculated?
Our prices are based on your order size, garment style, and your chosen design. Designs with more colors and more printed areas (front, back, sleeve, etc) will be more slightly expensive.
How do I pay?
When you’re ready to place your order, we will activate a personal link for your order where you and your members can go on and input your individual order information (size, color, etc). You will have a time limit based on the date you need your order; after that date has passed, you will no longer be able to add shirts to your order. At that time your total will be processed and payment can be made online via credit card or you can mail a check.

When will I receive my order?
Typically our production time is around 2 weeks from the date you place your order to when you receive it. However, this timeline can vary depending on your location and order size. If you have a specific deadline for your order, be sure to mention it ahead of time and we’ll be happy to work with you!
